Iron Men have been called to be resilient enough to lead in difficult times to be able to move their families through challenging situations. Men are directed to not just become effective as husbands and fathers but to lead with compassion and commitment while in the church so they can work with church vision.

Men are encourage to be spirit filled so that they can use their God given gifts and fruits in ministry to be able to impact the world around him by investing time with other men. To see the value of learning through shared activities and invite spiritual mentoring to accept God given change in a functional environment.
